Every Land Rover Defender and Series 3 that still turns heads on the road or trail owes some of that presence to its lighting. Over years of use, the small round lamp lenses that cover the front side lights, front and rear indicators, and rear stop/tail lights are routinely cracked by stone chips, faded by UV exposure, or simply yellowed with age. A dull or broken lens is not only an MOT or inspection failure waiting to happen, it changes the entire character of the Rover. The DEFLAMPKIT resolves all of that in one purchase, delivering a complete set of eight replacement lenses that cover every position across the front and rear lighting clusters. The kit includes two clear front side light lenses (589284), four amber indicator lenses (589285) that serve both the front and rear indicator positions, and two red rear stop and tail light lenses (RTC210). Together these eight lenses account for every small round lens position on the vehicle, meaning no partial replacement or mismatched sourcing across multiple orders. The lenses are precision-molded to match the profile and lens-to-body sealing geometry of the original units, and they install using the existing screws already on the Rover, requiring no drilling, cutting, or modification of any kind. Installation is a straightforward process well within the reach of any owner with basic hand tools. Each lens is retained by its original screws, so the job is a matter of removing the old lens, cleaning the housing face, and fitting the new one. No wiring is disturbed and no specialist knowledge is required.
