Built around a 1/2-inch-thick compression-molded rubber guard and supported by 3mm steel mounting brackets, these splash guards combine the flexibility needed for trail use with a secure, durable mounting system. Built to Flex Off-Road Rigid splash guards can become a liability when the trail gets tight. AEV uses heavy-duty compression-molded rubber that's flexible enough to move when it encounters rocks, brush, or other obstacles. Rather than acting as a rigid extension of the body, the guard can deflect under contact while continuing to provide substantial tire coverage during normal driving.
