Most beadlock-capable wheels weren’t built for heavy-duty load requirements—the Katmai is. Rated at 4,100 lbs. and engineered specifically for the 2023+ Ford Super Duty (F-250 & F-350), the Katmai DualSport Wheel isn’t a universal wheel with a truck bolt pattern. It’s purpose-built to work as part of a complete system — optimized for 40” tires, AEV HighMark Fender Flares , and AEV DualSport Suspension with the correct backspacing and brake clearance to make it all work together. This isn’t guesswork. It’s engineering. One Wheel. Multiple Configurations. No Compromises. The Katmai’s DualSport design gives you flexibility: Run it as a standard wheel Add a forged protection ring for added durability and visual edge Convert it to a true beadlock configuration when your build calls for it Whether you’re building a daily-driven Super Duty or a 40” trail machine, the Katmai evolves with your truck. Built for Modern HD Reality Today’s Super Duty trucks have larger brake packages, higher load demands, and different geometry than trucks from even a few years ago. The Katmai accounts for all of it. Optimized backspacing/offset for proper 40” tire fitment with AEV HighMark Flares & DualSport Suspension Brake clearance engineered specifically for newer HD braking systems Provision for open center cap (front) to access OEM manual locking hubs Cast aluminum construction SAE J2530 certified (fatigue, cornering, radial, and impact tested) 4,100 lb. load rating
