The Toyota Hilux ATL Winch Bumper is a two-part heavy-duty system designed for easy installation and dependable off-road performance. Its modular construction allows separate mounting of the winch base and outer shell, simplifying installation and maintenance while preserving the vehicle’s original design. Fitment Notes: Designed for Toyota Hilux models from 2006 to 2011. Compatible with winches up to 10,000 lbs, and ASFIR’s complete underbody armor system. Key Features: Two-piece modular design for convenient step-by-step installation and handling. Improves the vehicle’s approach angle on the front and sides for enhanced off-road capability. Inner winch mount made from 1/4" (6 mm) zinc-coated steel, directly bolting to the chassis for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. Outer shell made from 3/32" (2 mm) high-quality steel with a tough black textured powder-coated finish. Laser-cut clutch access opening for easy winch operation. Fully compatible with ASFIR’s underbody protection system. No drilling, cutting, or structural modifications required. Includes all necessary mounting hardware. Total weight: 84 lb (38 kg).
