Double Cardan Land Rover Drive Shaft, Land Rover Propshaft Shaft fits most Land Rover front applications that use a 4 bolt flange at each end. Does not fit 3-bolt style flanges found on some Land Rover axles/pinions. Double Cardan shaft, also known as a CV. This is what you need if your vehicle is lifted and you are experiencing vibrations or other problems due to increased angles. On rear shafts, perfectly smooth operation may require adjustment of rear pinion angle. Shaft is built with 1310 series joints. Tom Wood's drive shafts are built using only the highest quality components. Key features listed below. USA made DOM tube. 1310 series joints. Forged slip yoke. Greaseable CV center ball. This is an important one. Because of the proximity to the heat of the exhaust, regular greasing is a must. Your choice between Tom Wood's exclusive Gold Seal greaseable universal joints or non-greaseable joints. Best of all every shaft can be custom built to whatever length you need. So you can be sure that you will get the right thing the first time around. Measure the distance between your transfer case flange and pinion flange, as shown in the photo below.
