A stand alone oil pan skid plate is a great option for a rig that already has a long arm system that doesn't have a oil pan skid plate attached. Constructed of 3/16" and 1/4" steel Designed specifically for the factory 4.0 oil pan. Integrated Oil drain slot. Shipped raw steel. Installation Notes Due to the variety in exhaust systems and styles clearance issues may occur, test fitting before paint is required. A minimum distance of 3/4" between the starter and oil pan is required. This is intended for use on the Jeep TJ and LJ only. XJ and ZJ models have different exhaust routing and clearance issues are more likely.
