The "Daily Driver" Super Duty Conversion is the complete suspension solution for 1980-1996 Broncos making the jump to 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty axles . Built to take the abuse. Instead of piecing together a heavy-duty axle swap with mismatched suspension components, Desolate Motorsports engineered these front and rear systems to work together as one cohesive package. The result is a Bronco suspension built around the strength of a Super Duty Dana 60 front axle and 10.5" rear axle—with the suspension performance, ride quality, and control to match. SUPER DUTY AXLE STRENGTH ON A BRONCO CHASSIS. The front system provides a complete bolt-on solution for a 2005-2016 Super Duty Dana 60 axle. Fabricated shock buckets, adjustable link arms, a custom track bar, extended frame brackets, and massive 1.25" chromoly heim joints give the front suspension the strength and adjustability needed for a high quality build. BUILT FOR 35s. READY FOR 37s. The system provides approximately 4-6" of lift , approximately 4" of additional track width , and the clearance needed to run 35 inch tires without building the suspension with generic off-the-shelf components. This kit can even accommodate 37"+ tires with trimming. The rear suspension also pushes the wheelbase back approximately 1/2" , helping address the common front-side tire clearance issue in the rear wheel opening.
