Dana 20 J-Style to T-Style Conversion Gear Kit Upgrade or repair your 1966-77 Ford Bronco Dana 20 transfer case with the K5014-JT J-Style to T-Style Conversion Gear Kit. This kit includes the compatible replacement gears needed to convert a factory J-Style Dana 20 transfer case from its original 2.34:1 low-range ratio to the T-Style 2.46:1 low-range ratio. The lower gearing provides additional torque multiplication in low range, making it a practical upgrade for off-road driving and trail use. The K5014-JT gear kit also provides a repair solution for J-Style Dana 20 transfer cases with damaged rear output sliding gears, intermediate gears, or front sliding gears. Because T-Style and J-Style Dana 20 gears use different gear configurations, individual gears cannot be interchanged directly between the two styles.
