The K9 Roof Rack System from Eezi-Awn is a revolutionary advancement in expedition-style racks; it is thinner, lighter, stronger, quieter, more functional, more aerodynamic, more durable, and more aesthetically complimentary to your vehicle than the competition. Sizes The sizes and applications for the Land Rover LR3 and LR4 are quite broad. We have two width of platform that work on this vehicle. The LR3 and LR4 are narrower at the back of the roof than across the windshield. The 1250mm (49") platform is as wide as the rear of the truck, and the 1400mm (55") platform is as wide as the front of the roof. Which is best for you is entirely up to you. Measure out both on your truck and see which fits your style. Mounting options This vehicle is also unique in that it has 2 mounting options. If your vehicle did not come with factory roof rack track, you would choose our standard style rack which includes the Eezi-Awn K9 mounting rail to mount to the rear roof section. If your vehicle came with factory track on the top rear section, you can use our OEM Track Mount feet instead of the K9 Mounting rail. Standard The Standard version of the rack systems are the same as our tradition rack system on other vehicles. The incorporate the K9 mounting rail on the top rear section, with feet attaching to the rail and the platform on top. This rack is available in 1.4M and 1.6M for the rear section. There is a 2.2M full length version that also uses specialty K9 rail/feet at the front of the roof on each side of the sunroof. OEM Track The OEM Track version of the rack systems mount feet directly to the OEM track and the platform on top. This rack is available in 1.4M and 1.6M for the rear section.
