Monster Valves™ are over-sized, light weight, yet strong valve stems that you install as a second stem in your wheel. Made from 7018 aluminum, they are STILL the fastest tire deflation AND inflation product on the market. Imagine airing down a 40"x13.5"x17" tire from 35 psi down to 10 psi in under 30 sec. The MV-LOCK is designed to replace one of the InnerLock bolts found on Icon Pro Wheels. Simply unscrew an InnerLock bolt, swap the o-ring to the Monster Valves™, and screw the Monster Valves™ down into the same place. You do NOT need to dismount the tire to install! With an all-aluminum construction the total weight of each valve is a mere 1.1 oz. and does not require a tire rebalancing. Due to its construction, it is 5 times stiffer than a standard metal valve. We've seen a wheel deflect off a boulder on the trail without damaging the wheel or Monster Valves™. Because the Monster Valve™ is a secondary valve stem, you retain your TPMS sensors on your OEM valve stems. Because of the incredible speed, we HIGHLY recommend a large, easy to read Tire Pressure Gauge on your Schrader Valve.
